This policy explains how we handle the personal data of people who visit valenciahomerenovation.es or contact us.
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
- Data you give us when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email: name, phone number, email, property address, a description of the renovation and any photos or documents you choose to send.
- The minimum technical data needed to serve and protect the site: IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser and server security logs.
- If you accept analytics cookies: cookie identifiers, pages viewed, device type and clicks on contact channels, processed through Google Analytics.
- If you choose to show the embedded map, Google receives your IP address and technical browser data.
- The site fonts load from Google Fonts: your browser sends Google the IP address and technical data of the request. This service sets no cookies.
The site has no forms and stores no enquiries in a database. We do not ask for special categories of data.
3. Purposes and legal bases

We do not use the data for automated decisions or profiling with legal effects.
4. Recipients and providers
Where necessary, the hosting and email providers acting on behalf of Valencia Home Renovation have access to the data. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited processes measurement data through Google Analytics under its privacy terms and controls. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes the data under its own terms. If you activate the map, Google processes technical data under its Privacy Policy. We also disclose information to authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on the provider's safeguards and on the mechanisms set out in the applicable regulations.
5. Retention periods
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months from the last communication.
- Client and project data: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the legal periods for liability, accounting and tax.
- Technical and security logs: the time needed to investigate incidents and protect the service.
- Cookie preference: six months.
- Google Analytics: user and event data are kept for 14 months; analytics cookies last up to two years unless you delete them or withdraw consent earlier.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Write to valenciahomerenovation@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise; we ask for reasonable information to verify your identity.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
7. Security and changes
We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk. We update this policy when the site, the contact channels or the applicable obligations change. The version in force is the one published on this page.
